Two Members of District 69 are to be presented with Presidential Citations this year

At the Toastmasters International Convention, each August, the Presidential Citation awards are presented to deserving members of our organization. A Presidential Citation award is not chosen by vote, but granted solely at the discretion of the International President.

It is to acknowledge outstanding Toastmasters who, over the years, have made outstanding contributions to their club and district, as well as to the organization.  Very few Presidential Citations are awarded.

MARK HUNTER                                     

Since winning the title of World Champion of Public Speaking in 2009, Mark, the master coach, has traveled the World and thrilled and educated Toastmasters audiences with his unique brand of humor and wisdom. We are indeed fortunate to have him as a member of our district. Mark is an Inspiration not only to members of District 69 but also to Toastmasters from many part of the World.

NICK RINALDI

Although Nick now resides in Sydney, he is still a member of Leaders by Design club in District 69 and is our District 69 Statistician.  We were fortunate to have Nick residing in District 69 for many years before he returned to District 70 with work.
Nick is a tireless worker for Toastmasters, taking on leadership roles at every level of the District.  He is an active member of numerous clubs, has sponsored and mentored numerous corporate clubs and is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to Toastmasters matters.
