REDLANDS TOASTMASTERS CELEBRATE 900 MEETINGS!

What does a Toastmasters Club do to celebrate its 900th meeting? Redlands Club held a Lifeboat Debate. Six passengers / members on the sinking ship were given roles to play as they tried to persuade the rest of the group that they should be given the last seat left on the lifeboat. Participants used props, appeals to conscience, exaggeration and other rhetorical devices. Congratulations to all members past and current. The Redlands Club run a tight ship. They consistently achieve Presidents Distinguished Status.
